Common questions
Where are my creations?
In the gallery on the device where you made them. Whimsy has no account, so creations aren’t uploaded anywhere. Save the ones you love to Photos.
My credits are missing after reinstalling or switching devices.
Open the credits screen (tap your balance, top right) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account and iCloud.
A creation failed. Did I lose credits?
No. Credits for failed creations are returned automatically.
How do I cancel my membership?
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Whimsy. Credits you already have never expire.
How do I report a result?
Open the creation, tap ⋯, then Report a Problem. Or long-press it in the gallery. You can also email us directly.
